Include useful details

Tell us your device model, operating-system version, app version, calculation method, approximate city, and what happened. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain sensitive information.

Please do not email: your password, authentication tokens, exact coordinates, or prayer history. We will never ask for your password.

Privacy requests

Requests to the Salah Reminder Privacy Officer to access or correct personal information can be sent to the support address. We may need to verify your identity.

Reminder troubleshooting

Salah Reminder keeps a rolling schedule of approximately three days of local notifications. A fresh launch or returning to the app automatically replenishes that schedule. Until automatic background replenishment is available, open the app periodically so reminders continue beyond the current buffer.

Confirm notifications are enabled for Salah Reminder in device settings.
Check Focus, Do Not Disturb, notification summary, and battery restrictions.
Open or return to the app after changing location, calculation method, time zone, or reminder preferences so the schedule can rebuild.
A force-closed app cannot replenish its schedule until it is opened again.
Remember that Salah Reminder intentionally does not deliver stale reminders after a prayer window ends.
